We are looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our EA Play4Free team in Stockholm to drive new user acquisition for our well known online Play4Free game titles. With studios located in Redwood City, Vancouver, Stockholm, and Ingelheim we are a young and dynamic team driven by the passion to deliver the world’s very best Play4Free games irrespective of platform.

This is a hands on and operational role, requiring an excellent background in direct response online marketing and possess a data and metrics driven approach. As one of the key members of the Play4Free acquisition team you will be working with the talented individuals at our publishing and product teams as well with functional peers outside the EA Games Label to help us define the future of Play4Free video games. Your responsibilities will include:
 
* Responsibility for the acquisition of new player to the respective Play4free game title and reaching the monthly targets in terms of volume and ROI.   
* Manage a multimillion USD paid acquisition budget across your specific game titles, platforms, channels, partners and regions 
* Manage performance based online customer acquisition programs including CPM/CPC/CPA based display advertising.
* Be able to develop marketing communications materials and assets for online campaigns.
* Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all your and partners acquisition activities and channels  based on quantitative analysis of actual results and ROI. 
* Build good relationships with product teams and several media agencies on an international basis  
* Report to the Senior Acquisition Manager who leads the P4F acquisition team.

The requirements for this position are:

Experience:
 
• 3+ years of experience in an online performance marketing role at a leading online games publisher, web business, media agency, or ad network.
• Advertising/New Media/Marketing degree or equivalent qualifications desirable

Skills:
 
• Experience of managing large auction-based CPC campaigns (e.g. Google Adwords, GDN, Facebook) and strong track record of maintaining KPI focus in similar environments (CAC, CPI, CPC)
• Experience of managing several ad networks in performance marketing and a strong track record of maintaining KPI focus in similar environments (CPA vs LTV)
• Ability to immerse yourself in data and identify key trends and opportunities
• Excellent command of the English language
• Ability to manage vertically and laterally in a complex organization
• Online copy-writing and editing skills
• Understanding of core online and social gaming dynamics
