Activity Based Management (ABM) Consultant recruitment
As the Activity Based Management (ABM) Consultant, you will play a central role in developing innovative business solutions that help CFO clients improve operational efficiency and transform their finance function into a world class organisation.
You will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Budget Planning and Formulation, Finance Operations, Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Teaming to guide the clients through financial process improvement strategy development through specific problem definition and issue identification based upon problem solving principles and past experience.
- Interpreting regulations and development of compliance programs.
- Designing, implementing, and creating benchmarking for governance frameworks.
- Assisting client senior management in designing financial process management strategies and solutions.
- Develop process flows, manage requirements, create white papers and executive communications
- Develop training/communications in support of new processes and reports
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Federal industry financial management
- Solid Experience with Activity Based Costing/Activity Based Management
- Experience with process reengineering or requirements management
- Bachelor's degree
- Australian Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consulting Experience
- Presales Experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle Financials applications or SAS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Audit, Business Administration or Finance
