This position supports product development, implementation, and management through performing actuarial tasks. Responsibilities: Create, maintain and update actuarial models Assist in the preparation of documents for policy filing, product pricing Draft documents outlining system changes required to support new product design Assist in the review of marketing material, train staff on new products Gather and analyze experience data. Requirements At least 2 - 3 exams of the Society of Actuaries; ASA preferred A bachelor ??s degree from an accredited college or university 2 - 4 years of professional experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Familiarity with a programming language; and an actuarial pricing system preferred Ability to use and manipulate SQL Server. Proficiency in Word, Access, and Excel, including Visual Basic for Applications; Other evidence of success in a business or academic environment would be considered.
