Position Description

This position will assist with the Boeing Company's annual financial and employee benefit plan audits. This may include, but not limited to:
1. Develop and evaluate queries to provide data to satisfy audit requirements
2. Gather, analyze, interpret, reconcile and prepare both small and large/complex data files according to predetermined guidelines
3. Investigate potential audit differences and make recommendations for improvement / resolution
4. Coordinate benefit plan data exchanges and reviews with vendors and internal customers.

Validate demographic data. Research and prepare ad hoc reports for review and resolution. Research, review and compile benefit data for audits and other legal inquiries, as directed. May be called upon to resolve unique audit situations or issues. Works under general supervision.

The position requires strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with Human Resources Management System (HRMS), MS Access, MS Excel, ACL (Audit Analytical Tool) is preferred.

Typical Education/Experience

Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
