You must be someone who:
1) Is educated, college degree in this field
2) Has at least 5 years experience as an account executive handling your own accounts
3) Has exceptional attention to detail... it will be obvious on your first day if you don't so be honest, time is money and we want the right person
4) Appreciates and defends great creative
5) Can multi-task in your sleep
6) Fully comprehends media
7) Knows that deadlines in this business are not optional
Bonus qualifications that will get you the interview before anyone else:
1) Have handled national franchise accounts or multi-location chains servicing individual locations
2) Yankee fan
