AD / AVP Level – Equity Derivatives OTC Trade Support recruitment
This is a top Brand Bank with an excellent reputation in the market is looking to grow its Equity Derivatives MO trade support team
These roles are due to new growth and the ideal candidates will need to have the following –
- Degree standard education within a relevant Finance field, Engineering or Mathematics
- 4+ yrs experience within a fast paced MO or Trader Assistant position with Flow / OTC exposure a must.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to grow relationships with Front Office and other internal clients within the bank
- Aspirations to drive change, within the next 1-2 years looking for promotion. The ability to deal with the day to day process accurately and overall strategic direction of the MO team, whilst also contributing to projects and process improvement flow. Partnering with other internal stakeholders confidently.
- Good and solid user of excel with VBA skills being a distinct advantage. Strong risk and control methodology.
