AD – Loan Syndications recruitment
The role:
The responsibilities will be wide ranging including working closely with colleagues and volunteers on projects, helping to manage core committees, involvement in education and training programmes as well as promotional activities. The successful person will present at conferences from time to time.
The person:
• Experience in the EMEA syndicated loan markets is essential
• Familiarity with syndicated loan documentation would be an advantage
• Ability to manage effectively a number of projects simultaneously is essential
• Willingness to participate in and contribute to the wide range of the Firm's activities
• Willingness to travel to various international centres as required. This will include EMEA and the Far East.
• Experience in writing market-related articles would be an advantage
