Practicus is partnering with a PCT and it's CCG's in the South East, supporting them with transformation of primary care within their area.

The PCT and CCG's now require an AD level individual to lead a 12mths+ programme - Primary Care Development. This programme of work is designed to deliver key improvements and outcomes against QOF as well as looking at enhanced primary care services and non-clinical projects such as premises and staff training and patient/public engagement.

We are seeking an experienced interim from the primary care area with a strong awareness of the agenda's and issues in primary care commissioning and contracting. We expect this interim to have acted at Associate Director / Deputy Director level before, however, the PCT structure has been stripped back over the last twelve months that there is a need for them to operate at all levels and in a number of capacities including programme management, primary care commissioning, line management, practice engagement etc.

We are able to offer a twelve month contract and pay of c£400pd + VAT.
