We are seeking a energetic motivated candidates for a variety of positions in the Louisville market with the following experience requirements:
* Candidate pre-screening
* High-volume recruiting
* On-Site supervisory experience
These positions could be part-time, contract, or direct hire, depending on the candidate.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with external vendors, potential job candidates, and people at varying levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to foster an environment of inclusive teamwork.
* Demonstrated strong PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technologies.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Proven success and demonstrated experience in recruiting and staffing. Two to three years of client-facing experience preferred.
