Job Requirements To qualify as a Western International University adjunct faculty member, you must meet the following minimum criteria: - Master degree in an applicable area of study granted from a regionally accredited institution awarded at least two years prior to the date of application. - Doctoral degree preferred. - Minimum 5 year work experience related to the subject you wish to teach. Requirements may vary by course and program. While most online courses are text-based, West Interactive Online connects you to a real classroom in real time, with lively interaction that duplicates the campus classroom experience. The majority of courses begin at 6 PM (MST).You'll be able to see, hear, and chat with your students, live and in the moment, with a microphone headset and Internet access.
