Admin Assistant (4 months) recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently research for job-to-fit executive candidates
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings with clients
- Maintain petty cash account and proper filing records
- Draft correspondence for liaison with client and candidates
- Other assigned ad-hoc activities
Job Requirements:
- Resourcesful and independent
- Effective interpersonal skills
