We currently have a 7 week full time temp assignment commencing Wednesday, April 18th for a highly experienced Administrative Assistant who can demonstrate their outstanding organisational skills.  The focus of the role is to assist the Senior Plumber to manage the day-to-day activities over a 6-7 week period, you will be kept busy in accounts, diary scheduling, administration, and very importantly customer service.

 

Consideration will be given to those that have experience in the plumbing industry and an understanding of the wholesale plumbing market.

 

Other criteria required:

·         Experience in an administrative role from the trade industry (i.e. plumbing or electrical)

·         Understanding of the wholesale plumbing market (advantage)

·         Commitment to customer service

·         Organisational ability

·         Self-motivated

·         Methodical

·         Demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of staff, management and customers

·         MYOB (essential)

·         Daily reconciliation

·         Banking

·         EFTPOS

·         Working knowledge of Cost Management will be highly regarded
