We are a dynamic and progressive 2 Partner
Accounting firm located conveniently in Kew with
a vision for growth. We are looking for someone
willing to take on a critical multi faceted support
role to the Partners. As an admin assistant/
receptionist your responsibilities will include;
- Diary management; call and email screening; day-to-day management of correspondence
- Providing general admin support to the Partners and broader firm when required
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis and being alert and responsive to client enquiries
- Answering all incoming calls and directing these in a professional manner
- Greeting clients and coordinating meetings
- Various office coordination duties as required
Always two steps ahead you will have excellent organisational and time management skills and a willingness to take on any task. A strong team player, you will work well under pressure, always demonstrating professionalism. Strong communication skills and a command of the English language are essential as is experience in a similar role. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in a professional services environment is desirable. A competitive salary is on offer.
