My client in Oakham in Rutland (near Leicestershire), are looking for a highly organised Administrator to work on a part time temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.

For this Administration and Finance job in Oakham in Rutland (near Leicestershire), you will need to be a versatile administrator used to working to deadlines and managing the day-to-day running of an office.

You should also be familiar with managing the finances of a small office, including VAT returns and Year End reports, and preferably be able to use Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll. You will spend 70% of your time in administration and 30% of your time in finance.

The main duties for this role are:
* Administrator
* Finance Officer
* Preparing documents
* Dealing with queries, telephone calls and the day-to-day running of the office
* Managing documents and timesheets
* Familiarity with Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll would be advantageous
* Have experience of managing VAT Returns, Year End Reports and Payroll
* Competent on Excel, being able to use formulas

* Part time
* Temporary Maternity Cover
* December start
* Monday to Friday
* 1pm to 5pm
* £9.00 to £9.50 per hour
* Oakham, Rutland (near Leicestershire)
