Running the life of a busy Director takes a special attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and experience in working with teams across a global organisation. You need to be relationship savvy, able to adapt to changes quickly and having the admirable ability to keep the director organized and on his toes.
JOB SCOPE
The role encompasses the handling of a varied list of administrative and support related tasks with little supervision to ensure that the senior stakeholders diaries run on time and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with multiple, global teams on senior stakeholder visits to the region, co-
- Cordinating many calendars, making bookings for events and managing logistics of business management visits.
- Scheduling complex and demanding diaries within a fast paced division, including the coordination of many timezones and related logistics.
- Managing the coordination of major business trips including making travel arrangements and ensuring the trips are planned efficiently
- General budgetary and event management as well as financial control over administration budgets
- Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and to manage their time effectively
TO QUALIFY:
- Must have min. 5 years secretarial experience supporting senior management
- Preferably gained from another financial institution
