Admin Support Job in Stockport, North West UK
We are recruiting for an Admin Support person to act as support to the whole department, Directors and Clients with all aspects of administration.
Key Objectives
- To build and maintain profitable relationships with clients, providers and suppliers
- To act upon in a timely and effective manner instructions from Account Executives, Directors and Clients
- Relay instructions to and from providers and suppliers in a timely effective manner
- Check documents for accuracy prior to sending to clients
- Maintain accurate client files
- Ensure that company procedures are adhered to
- Responsibility for own continuous Professional Development and maintenance of own training development
- Responsibility to improve own market awareness and relationships
- Co-Operate and assist colleagues to maintain working standards
- Ensure that compliance systems are adhered to at all times
Key Skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and effective telephone skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload, including diary system
- Ability to work supportively and jointly in a team environment
- Demonstrate suitable inter-personal skills
- Ability to identify suitable cross sales opportunities
- Use judgement and experience to know when to seek help or advice.
IT Skills
- Knowledge of key applications within MS Office 2003
- Knowledge of MS XP operating system
Hours of work 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
