Admin Support/PA Job in Salisbury, South West UK

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a local charity organisation. We are looking for a candidate with star quality who can offer tremendous support and effectively be part of a hugely successful operation. To be considered for this role it is vital you have administrative/PA experience. The role will be a mix of admin duties and PA support so it is vital that you can demonstrate flexibility in approach and be happy to undertake an array of tasks.

General duties to include –

Welcoming visitors

Manage diaries

Deal with all correspondence, emails, post, letter writing where appropriate. Preparing business documents

Collate and manage events

Organise documents and computer based information

Be responsible for all stationary

Cover reception duties

Adhoc duties

 

It’s imperative you have good attention to detail, first class communication skills. Have the ability to get on well with others so experience of team working is key. Excellent understanding of MS Office.
