Administration and Marketing Officer

The TCA Fund Management Group focuses on making short-term senior, secured loans to Small Caps. The Fund has a niche strategy and is rapidly expanding.

 

The position involves the following duties:

 

- Bookkeeping, managing accounts and setting up filing systems

- Third party account administration

- Website registration

- Database entry and management

- Administration of subscriptions

- Office and facilities management, including ordering stationery and office supplies

- Researching, sourcing and producing marketing data materials for global campaigns

- Supporting US, Australia and primarily UK office in all additional ad hoc duties

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

 

- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a demanding environment

- Pro-active and self-motivated with a can-do attitude, flexibility essential

- Highly numerate, with a strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Experience within a financial institution an advantage

- Native English speaker, additional language an advantage

 

Part time with a view to increase working hours (10hrs p/wk over two afternoons)
