About our Client
Our client is a global leading company who have been successfully operating for over 10 years. They pride themselves on their world renowned projects and their dynamic and innovative designs. As a result of their performance in the market they are now seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join this already successful team.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Maintaining the accuracy of the database
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Sourcing and ordering key materials for the business
- Raising purchase orders
- Facilitating accurate quotes for clients
- Providing ad-hoc administration duties when required
The Successful Applicant
To be the successful applicant you will ideally have previous Administration experience preferably within the industrial sector. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance. You will have a hard-working nature and be proficient in all MS Office programs. This position would suit an individual who is wanting to develop their administration skills in an exciting and growing company.
