About our Client
A leading Queensland infrastructure organisation is looking for a dynamic Administration Assistant with demonstrated experience in Project works and/or Personal Assistant roles to join their Brisbane CBD office.
Job Description
This role will involve, but not be limited to the following:
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team
- Complex diary management
- Coordination of meeting rooms and conferences
- Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings
- Payment of invoices and Payroll data input
- Maintaining office supplies
- Answering inbound phone enquiries
The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant you will also need to possess strong communication skills; written, spoken and interpersonal, as well as high level organisational ability. This is a varied role which will suit a ‘team-player’ who at the same time holds the skill level and positive attitude necessary to work at times autonomously. Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel and Powerpoint are imperative while experience with SAP will prove beneficial.
