Administration Assistant

Based Leeds

Salary £12,875 (Increasing to £13,647 after probation) plus up to 15% of basic monthly salary paid each month

 

We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join a company based in Leeds city centre for a lovely role based within a financial services company.

 

Main duties:

Handle all incoming and outgoing post including recording of returned mail and recorded post

Ensure all incoming post is processed onto the workflow scanning system

Sort the post to ensure all letters are assigned to the correct departments

Provide Reception cover when appropriate

Process incoming direct debit mandates

Process incoming mail

Inputting authorisation form details or account write off details onto the system for uncollectible debts

Locating accounts using an account finder database

Calculating daily cheques to be passed to finance

General administration duties

Any other duties commensurate with the post

 

Skills Experience Required:

Previous office experience essential

Experience of using MS Office

Computer literate

Excellent organisational skills

Quick learner

Strong attention to detail

Professional

Demonstrates a positive attitude to work and a good work ethic

Flexible approach
