Administration Assistant

 

 

Job location:

This position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland

 

Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for a young and ambitious professional, eager to face a challenging and fast growing environment! You will be mainly responsible for ensuring effective office support:

 

·       Assure coverage of such critical functions as reception, telephones, mail preparation and delivery, and typing

·       Maintain inventory of office supplies and orders, equipment, and services within prescribed procedures and contractual agreements

·       Perform clerical duties, record keeping, report compilation of intermediate difficulty in the sense of depth of analysis and use of individual judgment is required

·       Assure that office services such as coffee and tea, machine repair, building service, catered luncheons, and temporary employment are provided as needed

·       Coordinate the assignment of office space, computers, furniture, and equipment

·       Arrange local hotel and transportation service agreements and recommend selection of travel agencies

·       Administer routine parking and taxi arrangements, and issue and collect security badges for visitors.

 

 

Requirements:

 

·       4 years work experience in administration areas

·       Knowledge of standard internal procedures regarding procurements, payments, etc.

·       good organization skills

·       Outstanding problem-solving skills

 

·       Ability to take the initiative and operate independently

·       Strong communication skills

·       Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and German
