The Administration Manager will be responsible for directly facing off with field and home office management to assist with investment firm/sales administration initiatives, research and analysis. Responsibilities may include updates to firm policies and procedures, audit response preparation, addressing escalated challenges in the field (ie. real estate, technology, on-boarding/off-boarding, licensing). The Administration Manager has "ownership" of the administrative processes and materials used in the field. They will be responsible for enhancing existing processes and material and developing new processes/materials as needed. This will entail a good deal of project management, independent judgment, and the ability to work with senior managers in the firm. This person will need the ability to analyze data and work with Senior Field management on enhancements and Administrative projects (i.e. state registration clean-up, branch coverage analysis, audit trends and enhancements).
