We have a diverse newly created role for an Office / Administration Assistant role located in spacious offices in the heart of Rowville available for an immediate start. Why not join this friendly, down to earth team?
Your main responsibility of this role is supporting the Managing Director and Project Manager of the company in any task that may be required.
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting two key Manager’s
- Create/write reports
- Typing of correspondence
- Database maintenance
- General Administration support
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- In order to be successful for this role you will possess the following skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Initiative and drive to succeed
- Be self motivated
