An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join this boutique Financial Planning business to support the long term team. Leaders in their space, they service a number of HNW clients with a variety of needs. In fact variety abounds in this role.
Initially a 6 month contract role, you will be assisting on a day-today basis with a range of tasks including a mix of the following:
- Preparation of meeting including diary management, booking of venues, confirming attendance etc.
- Distribute inbound letters and updates
- General administration duties including typing, editing and distribution of letters to clients
- Maintenance of client files, records and reports
- Sending out newsletters to clients quarterly
- Managing the invoicing process, tracking payments etc.
- Supporting the business as and how required
The above mentioned duties will see you supporting three Senior Planners and a Para Planner whilst working in tandem with two other support staff.
To find success in this role you bring with you previous experience from within a Financial Planning Business in a similar capacity. Alternatively your experience may have been from within a related role within an Insurer or a Superannuation/Funds Manager such as Funds Admin, Accounts Processing, New Business Team or similar.
