ADMINISTRATION
SUPPORT / MANAGER
ALICE SPRINGS
Harvey Norman,one of Australia’s largest retailersis seeking a full-time Administration Support /Manager for their Alice Springs store.
Ideally the successful applicant will have experience in office management, preferably in the retailindustry. We are seeking someone with strongbookkeeping skills.
To succeed in this role:-
- Applicants will need to be versatile, hands on and work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
Responsibilities include:
- Banking
- Accounts Payable / Debtors
- Accounts Receivable / Creditors
- Payroll
- Cash Books (Monthly account reporting)
- EOM Reconciliations
