ADMINISTRATION - INTERNAL SALES (no selling involved)
- Lighting / Electrical Experience Desirable
Due to increased growth a fantastic opportunity has become available to become part of a true market leader in the electrical/lighting industry. Priding themselves on the quality of their staff and excellence in service delivery, they now seek to appoint an additional experienced Administration Assistant for their busy internal sales team.
The main duties include but will not be limited to:
- Administration assistance to internal sales team and general support to the needs of new and existing customers on behalf of the team
- Process enquiries and proactively resolve client issues effectively to the satisfaction of the customer and the sales team
- Proactively support the Sales Representative and management to achieve targets and deliverables
- Liaise with management, warehouse staff and production teams
- Provide written and verbal quotations to customer/clients in a timely and accurate manner
To ensure your success in this rewarding role and highly sort after role:
- Proven administration experience - ideally in the lighting/electrical environment (not essential)
- Able to multi-task and be organised
- Passion and strong interest in sales
- Ability to learn new products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid MS Office skills
- Be proactive and able to troubleshoot on behalf of the sales team
- Able to make sound decisions in sales team absence
- Own transport essential
