For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an:
Administrative and Accounting Employee m/f),
- temporary contract -
YOUR TASKS:
- Follow the active cycle of the companies based in Luxembourg and support to the services center of our client
- Management of VAT active cycle tables in SAP
- Review and update of CSA operative manuals
- Support in the emission of PO, management of clients’ database
- Monthly report on SAP + ORACLE clients’ adging
- Follow the disputes with the clients
YOUR PROFILE:
- Be fluent in English / French (Italian is a plus)
- Have knowledge on Accounts Receivables
- Have a strong knowledge of SAP
- Be open minded, problem solving oriented
- Have VAT knowledge (preferably on Luxembourgish / Italian / French environment)
