ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / DISTRICT OFFICE COORDINATOR NEEDED FOR BUSY EDINA, MN SALES OFFICE We are looking for an individual to partner with a District Sales Manager, acting as an AA / District Office Coordinator, in running an efficient Sales District. What you would be doing: - Supporting a District Sales Manager. - Managing the District Manager's schedule and make appropriate travel arrangements. - Sales and marketing reporting. - Maintenance of office equipment including postage meter, copier, fax machine, etc. - Maintenance and ordering of marketing supplies. - Preparing and processing expense reports. - Working with district advisors. - MS Word Processing, Excel spread sheets, data entry, misc. clerical duties. - Greeting and interacting with clients. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (one hour for lunch) Office Location: Edina, MN Salary range: $33,000 to $37,000 Benefits include medical, dental, vision, reimbursement accounts, life insurance and 401(k)-retirement plan. What we are looking for: - Strong computer skills required. - Must be familiar with MS office suite and Lotus Notes (intermediate or advanced skills with Excel required). - Previous experience in a financial services environment preferred. - Two to five years office experience, five years preferred. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required. - Strong administrative and communication skills required. - Self-starter must be able to follow through on projects. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
