Administrative Assistant – Bank ( German speaking ) recruitment
In this multi tasking role you will be tasked with supporting the ongoing banking and operational activities. Further tasks include:
- Checking account opening and closing processes
- Assisting with enquiries from various departments regarding daily business
- Sorting payment instructions and handling mail and Client Correspondence
- Providing support in project related tasks
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar position
- Commercial School/Banking Apprenticeship/KV
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
