Administrative Assistant – Financial Services recruitment
We are looking for a bright, organized, energetic self-starter to provide administrative support for a busy team of one advisor and two client service representatives.
Responsibilities will include handling the phones, scheduling appointments, managing the account opening process for new clients, handling cash management transactions for clients (transfers, journals, checks and wires), travel arrangements, and managing office details. With direction from the Client Service Representatives, this position will also be responsible for coordinating client events and handling client mailings.

• Strong PC knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
We seek an individual with 1 – 2 years of financial administration and a Bachelor’s degree. A Series 65 license is a plus.
