Realty Income seeks an addition to our Portfolio Management department.  The Administrative Assistant will assist in developing strategies regarding implementation and integration of lease management software and database systems.  The candidate will be familiar with current lease administration methods and stay current of new developments through continued education and research.

 

Additional necessary education, experience and qualities:

 

•        Bachelor’s degree

•        Three to five years related work experience

•        Knowledge of SQL database structure and SQL query

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office products

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•        Strong attention-to-detail

•        Ability to prioritize

•        Exceptional people skills
