This position will provide support to the financial advisors in the areas of administration and client service.  The successful candidate must be results drive and will possess strong clerical, organizational, communication, computer and customer service skills.  They will also be a self-starter having strong initiative, strong attention to detail and excellent follow through skills.  Previous administrative experience a plus. Strong proficiency with a CRM, MS Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint are a must.

Job Duties and Tasks

·         Perform administrative  and support functions for the day-to-day office operations including but not limited to including maintaining files, preparing correspondence, running reports, answering telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments, copying materials, and faxing information.

·         Service clients through resolving issues, responding to inquiries and researching answers

·         Organize, coordinate, prepare and process client paperwork.

·         Maintain client database

·         Set up and maintain files both paper and electronic

·         Complete special projects as assigned

·         Perform other duties as assigned

 

Position Requirements

·         Previous administrative experience preferred

·         Skill in utilizing various software packages such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

·         Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Must be a self starter and able to take initiative

·         Must be able to work with minimal supervision 

·         Ability to be at work on a regular and predictable basis

·         Ability to communicate with co-workers, clients, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

·         Ability to investigate and research situations

·         Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure and meet deadlines

·         Knowledge of client management databases preferred
