We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Enfield, CT location.​

 

 

SUMMARY:

 

Supports Marketing Management in maintaining records, calendars, travel, and coordinating customer visits, assists Marketing Dept.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Maintains monthly orders/sales statistics for management review.

·         Compiles monthly sales forecasts.

·         Coordinates customer/internal visits to our facility.

·         Organizes meetings and training sessions.

·         Coordinates and distributes corporate communications.

·         Assists Portfolio Management and Technical Applications areas with assigned needs.

·         Provides secretarial support for the V.P., Marketing and Sales Service and others in the department.

·         Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills working in a business environment with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

·         Consolidates reports, presentations and other information and presents in a completed format meeting desired deadlines.

·         Follows ISO 9001 policies and procedures in the performance to the responsibilities of the job.

·         Perform other job related duties as assigned.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

Minimum High School Diploma with 3-5 years of secretarial or customer service experience.

 

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

 

·         Must have a working knowledge of database and report writing tools such as MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

·         Experience with ERP (SAP) systems and/or CRM systems a plus.
