Description:
This position requires an administrative professional who will play a key role in supporting the Las Vegas Call Center Leadership team in a fast-paced, results oriented environment. The ideal candidate will organize, plan and schedule on-site and off-site meetings, travel, and other tasks and duties as assigned. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, maintain confidentiality, sound judgment, think strategically and work with all levels of management and present themselves on behalf of Expedia, Inc., and the Las Vegas Call Center leadership team.

Job Functions Expectations:

• Scheduling of meetings and calendar management.
• Preparation and arrangement of travel, expense reporting and reconciliation.
• Interaction with external vendors and partners.
• Presentation preparation, proposal and delivery.
• Document, prepare and distribute communications appropriate for the department.
• Ordering, purchasing and maintaining inventory of department supplies, gifts and incentives.
• Headcount tracking and reconciliation.
• Assist with basic budget reporting and asset tracking.
• Organizing and planning visitors, agendas for all business meetings, coordinating group meetings and morale events.
• Arranging all catering for business and departmental meetings.
• Exercise sound judgment on behalf of Expedia, Inc., and Call Center.
• Complete and follow through on all tasks assigned or volunteered.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of two years administrative experience is required.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Professional (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) and Peoplesoft skills a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced presentational skills for large and small venues.
• Proactive and solution oriented attitude and strong business acumen.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within short time constraints.
• Flexibility to work extended hours/weekends and travel as business needs arise.
