Who are we looking for?
Freeman is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant at their Dallas-based Corporate Headquarters to provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, providing information to incoming calls, and otherwise assisting management with their clerical work. Other responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support primarily to the VP of Creative as well as the Freeman Creative team
- Maintain a very high degree of confidentiality. Also maintain confidential, legal and human resource related files.
- Assist VP, Creative with calendar and contact maintenance, as well as written electronic correspondence.
- Attend weekly Management Team meetings and company staff meetings, take minutes, and provide other necessary assistance.
- Schedule meetings with vendors, co-workers clients for VP, Creative and management team members.
- Prepare expense reports and make travel arrangements for VP, Creative.
- Assist in coordination of special office events, expense tracking, accounts payable related to the Creative Department
- Oversee office supply ordering system, collecting office supply requests and placing orders in an accurate and timely manner each week.

Required Experience
You will need to have the following experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proven Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At least five (5) years of Administrative and/or related services responsibility in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must
Preferred Experience
- B.S. from four-year accredited college or university
- Experience working on a Creative team and supporting Creative Leadership
