This position is an Administrative position to support the Sponsored Products team in London. The role is ideal for a candidate who is a detail-oriented administrative professional with a positive attitude who enjoys multi-tasking in a busy team environment. A strong interest in the investment industry is a plus.
Specific responsibilities would include;
•Creation and running of reports using various different systems
•Preparing and updating marketing materials as needed
•Coordination of internal and external meetings, committees, and presentations
•Obtaining information using the Internet and various market data applications
•Preparing documents and presentation materials in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
•Coordinate post-meeting materials including invite replay, website posting
•Diligent telephone coverage of telephone lines
•Diary management
•Coordinating travel logistics including obtaining visas as required
•Preparing expense claims
•Handling daily mail, file systems, and expense reporting
•Participating in special projects as required
Confidentiality, integrity, pro-activity and discretion are required for this position as is experience in a financial services organisation. The candidate should enjoy working with many different areas of our organization and possess:
•Prior support experience
•Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong service orientation, solid judgment, professionalism and proactive problem-solving skills
•Detail oriented and a general comfort in a data-rich environment
•Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes
•Interest in Investment Management
An undergraduate degree is preferred
