ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Specific Responsibilities:

·        Individual will answer phones, manage professional and personal calendars, and maintain client contact lists, track correspondence and emails.

·        The successful candidate will also arrange complex travel itineraries and process expense reports.

·        Individual will also possess the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and able to maintain the strictest level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Academic Background and Experience:

·        5- 10 year’ experience supporting a team of senior level executives.

·        Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

·        Bachelor’s degree coupled with excellent academic credentials.

·        Fluency in French a strong plus.
