About the Job
The College Recruiting Administrative Assistant will support the College Recruiting team in all aspects of daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of college recruiting events
- Book travel for Recruiters, AF Associates, and Candidates
- Maintain college recruiting calendar
- Order supplies and book resources for recruiting events
- Manage invites for recruiting events and meetings
- Manage gifting for candidates
- Post jobs on college career sites
- Maintain candidate tracking database
- Perform initial resume screening
- Manage department expenses to ensure compliance with set budgets
- Maintain organizational charts, phone lists, and other team databases
- Work with confidential issues on a daily basis
- Maintain open lines of communication between other internal departments
- Other duties as assigned
- A/BS Degree Required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Team player attitude
