National Commercial Real Estate Firm has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. This firm takes pride in its positive, collegial working environment and accomplishes new goals through teamwork and creative thinking. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with a warm, personable demeanor to provide pivotal support to an engaging senior executive team.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize strong technical and graphic design skills to prepare meeting materials and presentations
• Coordinate calendars and schedules; confirm all meetings and deadlines
• Oversee conference room and other communal office spaces
• Process expense reports, requisitions and billings
• Maintain internal documents and database
• Take charge of additional projects as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or executive team
• Real Estate or Professional Services experience is a plus
• Strong graphics knowledge, including working knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Illustrator
• Aptitude for interpreting dense project-related information
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong proofreading skills
• Positive, personable demeanor and the ability to establish a rapport with all levels of management and staff
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
