Job Title: Emerson Group Administrative Assistant
Department: Emerson Group
Reports To: Director of Data Integrity
Position Summary
Emerson Group Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for customer service calls. EGAA will ensure that customer service line is answered and that all voicemails are responded to in a timely manner. EGAA is responsible for all spreadsheet documents, sending out samples, keeping information updated, and ensuring that all EGAs are aware of updates and changes.
Primary Functions- Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that phones are answered in a timely manner.
Return all voicemails and occasional emails in a timely manner.
Send out replacement items as needed.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Maintain and update spreadsheets that accurately reflect all information that clients have asked us to collect.
Maintain updated documents that accurately reflect tracking information, retailer item numbers, and packaging information.
Update monthly spreadsheets to be sent to customers.
Assist with updates to the website pertaining to customer service information.
Initiate updates regarding product improvements, changes, or updates.
Exhibit superior customer service at all times and work with Emerson clients
Assist on or manage special projects and new processes as needed throughout the year.
Initiate and Support constant enhancements of web site tools.
Update Emerson Client information in office.
Assist EGAs with tasks as needed
Other Functions
Conduct training as needed for product updates
All other assigned duties
Minimum Job Requirements
Education Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Entry-Level
