Job Description
Responsible for providing secretarial support to Business Head and his team. This is a fast pace environment requiring the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for extensive calendar management
- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, including room bookings and ordering refreshments/food as required.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
- Prepare TE claims in line with company policy.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong organization and planning skills, can manage multiple changing and conflicting priorities.
- High energy with positive and can-do attitude.
- Experience in heavy calendar management.
- Previous work in an Investment Bank environment would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin.
- Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
