JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant LOCATION: Skillman, NJ LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 1-2 Years PAY RATE: $19/hour HOURS: 8am ? 5pm Qualifications must include: *Only candidates that meet all of the below requirements need apply. ? High School degree or GED required. Bachelor Degree preferred. ? 5+ years experience in equivalent positions required. ? Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Ariba is a plus. ? Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills. ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed. In this role, you will: ? Provide support for a 2 managers and 6 indirect department personneland perform administrative duties such as placing, receiving and routing telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide backup coverage to other administrative desks. ? Manage complex calendars schedules, make travel arrangements and file expense reports, provide support on projects and events.
