The Administrative Assistant will help support the administrative office functions for the Central Texas area to include Austin and San Antonio.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Answer phones and coordinate office operations

·       Accept and confirm referrals for the intake team via email, fax, and phone

·       Will contact referral/parents on all ineligible children and document conversations

·       Maintain patient files within Medicaid filing guidelines

·       Contact parents, doctors and/or referral sources to provide updates on patient status at the direction of the Processing Coordinator

·       Fax Monthly Summaries to doctor’s offices

·       Schedule lunches, office meetings, etc as required by Director Branch Operations

·       Support Director Branch Operations, Clinical Site Manager in administrative functions as needed

·       Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

·        HS Diploma or GED

·        1-2 years of administrative experience

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·        Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and priorities

·        Must have attention to detail

Bilingual a plus
