1. Provide Administrative Support to Director’s Senior Management

· Provide day-to-day administrative support including answering phones, screen phone calls and follow-up without direction if appropriate.

· Coordinate monthly Department Meetings and other meetings as needed.

o Obtain agenda items from all meeting attendees.

o Arrange for conference room and send appointment by email.

o Keep minutes Copy and distribute notes.

· Arrange and confirm appointments.

· Make travel arrangements as requested.

2. Provide General Support for Office

· Order maintain supplies as requested.

· Open and distribute mail

· Handle outgoing mail

· Assist in planning Employee Event functions

· Maintain and organize office

3. Provide Document Management Support

· Scan documents into imaging system in an accurate timely manner

· Monitor shared email in-boxes and distributes items

· Maintain and organize physical documents stored on-site.

4. Perform various computer-related projects as needed.

5. Other responsibilities and tasks as needed.

Knowledge/Experience:

Required:

· Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel
