Administrative Assistant for Wealth Management and Financial Services Firm

A successful and growing wealth management and financial services firm focusing on financial planning and estate and business succession planning is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Service Representative to join the firm.  A premium is placed on team work and delivery of exceptional client service.

Position Requirements:

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Exceptional customer service skills with a client focused attitude

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities

·         Proactive thinker with the ability and desire to solve problems in a team environment

·         Handle confidential information in a sensitive and discreet manner

 

Primary responsibilities:

·         Serve as ambassador and the first point of contact with clients

·         Service client needs and requests

·         Provide  proactive administrative support for the advisor’s planning and sales activities

·         Maintain client database and files

·         Prepare and distribute client  and advisor correspondence

·         Liaison with other professional and technical organizations

 

Experience:

·         Experience in a small business environment

·         Three to five years of experience as an administrative assistant preferred

·         Bachelors Degree preferred

·         Experience with a wealth management or  insurance firm a plus

·         Strong math and analytical skills

·         Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

 

Compensation commensurate with experience.
