As an administrative assistant, you would be responsible for supporting the Managing Director, general clerical tasks, and project based work as well as select work for key managers. Tasks include administrative work, generating daily reports through Excel, schedule meetings and trainings, and are responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies and equipment as needed. Applicants must maintain a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Applicant must be able to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work while delivering strong customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication is required.

Hours of operation are between 9 am and 5:30 pm. Good organization skills, ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills are important. Our industry has many time sensitive issues, and the Administrative Assistant needs to be able to work in fast-pace environment. Confidentiality is a must. The applicant will be required to agree to keep client and company information private.
