The Administrative Assistant works collaboratively to support the complex administrative tasks of the office Consulting staff. The perfect candidate will exercise strong project management skills and possess a strong technical expertise in the use of Microsoft application tools, as well as demonstrate the ability to independently initiate, coordinate and personally perform the administrative tasks in support of the operations and/or consulting process. The qualified individual will be responsible for the following:

·         Preparing and editing complex and confidential correspondence, communications, spreadsheets, presentations and other documents.

·         Demonstrate a polished and professional demeanor in all internal and external communications, both written and oral with clients and members of the SullivanCotter workforce.

·         Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the exercise of good judgment and ability to handle multiple complex projects at one time.

·         Be able to prepare, coordinate and establish complex meeting schedules and appointments using outlook calendar.

·         Demonstrates mastery level experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Microsoft certification preferred

·         Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills, and the ability to simultaneously manage and execute multiple challenging projects or tasks in a high pressure environment.

·         Strong problem analysis and decision making skills, and the ability to:

-        Anticipate and proactively address the administrative needs and/or processes of the department and/or Firm.

-        Effectively analyze a situation and proactively take action.

-        Gather, analyze and organize data using a logical and systematic process.
