Administrative Assistant Job in Edmonton T6C3P4, Alberta Canada
Qube Consulting needs to add an Administrative Assistant to our team.
Qube is a small team of professionals that believe we can better the working and investment world with creative ideas and solutions for small business. We consult on pension and benefit plans and have our own benefit plan software that we use to assist clients to enhance the programs offered by insurance companies.
Duties of this position would include:
- Claim adjudication and approval;
- Claim report generation, review and distribution to clients;
- Responding to employee and administrator queries on claims submitted and claim reports;
- Helping the Qube consultant on the file get data for semi-annual and annual reports following templates in excel;
- Generating quarterly invoices;
- Ensuring active staff counts are accurate on our system;
- Adding or terminating plan members (requested by plan administrators);
- Enrolling new clients on qubeflex.ca (usernames/passwords, benefit options and plan texts/learnmores);
- Preparing enrollment kits and allocation forms;
- Responding to employee queries about balances and function of the plan;
- Assisting Qube consultant to get data from insurance providers to prepare semi-annual and annual review reports;
- Responding to service queries on group insurance cases (ad hoc);
- Office supply ordering;
- Courier and mail management;
- Light Reception Duties (greeting meetings and offering/making coffee);
We able to be flexible and cater this position to the needs of the applicant. We do need the candidate to work onsite 3 days per week for 2-4 hours.
