JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Greet and provide customer service functions to all walk-in customers. Print work orders for same day/walk-in customers as needed. Convey a positive, helpful and professional attitude with internal and external customers.
  2. Answer phone, introduce yourself by name and assist customers or direct calls to address service needs and resolve issues promptly. Check fax machine regularly for incoming orders and forward to NJ for processing. Track orders forwarded to NJ for timely turnaround.
  3. Print and/or dispatch all new orders to CT and MA. Document disposition of all orders in Mestamed software.
  4. Forward completed paperwork to NJ for confirmation on a daily basis via fed ex or scanner. Document in Mestamed software and appropriate logs.
  5. Complete all documentation for any given task neatly, thoroughly and within the specified timeframes.
